昨日の時点だけども、Youtubeもregalectのサイトはアクセス制限をしていて、おそらく日本以外での多くの地域では見れない現象が起きています。（現状見れていないらしい国は、マレーシア・台湾、アメリカ、イタリア、フランス、カナダ。FBのコメント欄では、見れないという報告が多数されている状況）

Youtubeはアップするときの設定でアクセス制限をかけるはずだからサイトを見てもよく分からなかったけども、regalectのトップページとregalectの安室さんのスペシャルサイトのソースコード内には、地域を判別して表示するページを出し分ける仕組みが組み込まれていて、制限をされている国からアクセスすると別ページに飛ばされるのを観測しています。

何故そのようなことを行っているのかは定かじゃないけども、海外では流せない映像が入ってるだろうなと推測すると考えられるのはロンドンバスかなというのが私の見解です。

昨日エイベックスに問い合わせてみたけど、分からないとの回答をいただき、ファンスペースにも問い合わせて見たけどもまだ回答はもらっていない。問い合わせたときにはregalecがアクセス制限がしているとはまだ知らなくて軽い気持ちで問い合わせちゃったんだけども、わざわざ制限かけるコードをサイトに埋め込んでいるとなると、返信は来ない気がしてる。

I've been receiving many access from overseas since yesterday, so here is English translation.

As of yesterday, both YouTube and regalect's website do restrict the access to the page, where I confirmed that the accesses have been rejected in most of the countries outside of Japan. (The countries which currently found to be under access restriction are including Malaysia, Taiwan, US, Italy, France, and Canada. There are some comments on Namie Amuro official Facebook reporting the unavailability of those sites in many countries.)

I'm not sure for YouTube, but I found out that there is a system in source code of Regalect's website top page and also "Show me what you've got" special site. The system is used to distinguish the different regions and separate out the pages to display according to the analysis. So, if there's an access from restricted regions, it will automatically redial to a different page.

I can't say this with certainly, but my opinion is that there is a content in the Music Video which can't be aired in countries outside of Japan probably due to copyright reasons and I guess it is London's Red-bus.

I've sent an inquiry regarding this matter to Avex operator but they said they're not sure about that. Also, I've sent an inquiry to Fanspace but they haven't even replied me yet.
